Things you should know

Each picnic service lasts 2-3 hours based on the picnic booked. Each additional hour is $75. Your Picnic Coordinator will arrive approximately 60 minutes prior to set up. Your Picnic Coordinator will contact you with the exact parkside location (please do not arrive until your scheduled time). After setup and initial greeting, your Picnic Coordinator will leave and return to break down and clean up your picnic.

The customer is responsible for the return of all materials in good condition or will be billed for the cost of each item. Lux Little Picnics is not responsible for any accidental injury while using picnic equipment.

What if it rains?

If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location of your choice or reschedule your picnic.

 

What’s your refund policy?

We don't offer refunds, but we can change your reservation date or time without penalty up to 7 days prior to your picnic.

 

How does it work?

We set up your picnic of choice and have it ready upon arrival.

We return to pack and clean everything up for you and we make sure that you had a wonderful experience.

Location

We set up at parks, venues, & homes. We do not provide park permits outside of the City of Richmond. Please check with your requested park to see if a permit is required. 

 

Travel Fees?​

Within 12 miles of 23225- Complimentary

12-20 miles from 23225- $35

21-30 miles from 23225- $75

31-40 miles from 23225- $100

What are the terms and conditions?

Lux Little Picnics will send you a contract with our policy and terms of our service agreement with the assumption that you have read and agreed to them by signing the contract. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the policies before reserving your party.
